Golden Grace Day Activity and health services is specialized in Alzheimer and Dementia. Providing care for a loved one living with Dementia, Alzheimer, and memory impairment can be challenging and often frustrating. At Golden Grace Center, we offer a safe place for caregivers, family and friends of our members to meet and develop a support system.

We provide you with information about early, middle and late stage of caregiving. Caregivers support Group You are not alone we are here to help you; whether you need information, support or referrals to community resources.

We provide you with:
* A safe place to share your feelings, needs and concerns
* Care givers support group
* Develop coping skills
* Exchange information, share challenges, and provide possible solutions about care giving.
* Referral to Community resources
* Educational seminars and materials
* Library

Golden Grace Day Activity and Health Services is offering services to eligible veterans enrolled in Department of Veterans Affairs Integrated Service Network (VISN) Department of Veterans Affairs as part of the VHA Standard Medical Benefits Package.

Interested veterans and/or their families should contact the center or their VA social worker/case manager to learn more. Our specialized daytime programs enable veterans and other members living with Alzheimer’s or memory problems to maintain lives of dignity while enjoying days by having meaningful and purposeful activities.
